Questions homeowners ask
Are your estimates really free?
Yes. We visit, measure and give you a written quote at no cost and with no obligation.
How long does it take to paint a room?
Most bedrooms take about a day, including prep, two coats and clean-up. Larger rooms, high ceilings or repairs can add time, and your quote includes a schedule.
Do I need to move my furniture?
We move and cover most furniture for you and put it back when we’re done. We ask you to clear small items, valuables and anything fragile before we arrive.
What paint do you use?
Quality paints from trusted brands, matched to each surface. Your quote lists the exact product, colour and sheen for every room.
Do you paint in the winter?
Yes. Interior and condo painting runs all year. Exterior work is scheduled from spring to fall, when temperatures suit the paint.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Peeling, flaking or blistering caused by our prep or application. It doesn’t cover damage from moisture, structural movement or normal wear and tear. The full terms are in your written quote.
